Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Personalized or customized products
- Products damaged due to misuse
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will cover return shipping costs. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
